This bundle includes the Millaco Clear HS 310, a high quality hydroxy-acrylate 2K clearcoat designed for vehicles, including cars, buses, and commercial transport. It provides excellent gloss, stability, and durability, whilst offering protection against yellowing and various environmental or climatic conditions. The formula is designed for efficiency, delivering an excellent finish even when applied in a single coat, which helps save both material and processing time.
The system is prepared by mixing the clearcoat with the included Milla-Hardener 220 normal at a 2:1 ratio. This mixture can be applied without the need for additional thinners, ensuring a straightforward preparation process. Once mixed, the product has a pot life of 4 to 6 hours, providing sufficient time for application before full curing is required.
- Spray Equipment: Suitable for air or flowjar spray guns using a 1.3 to 1.4 mm nozzle at 2.0 to 2.5 bar pressure.
- Coverage: Approximately 6 to 8 square metres per litre.
- Pot Life: 4 to 6 hours at 21°C.
- Mixing Ratio: 2:1 (100 parts HS 310 to 50 parts 2K Hardener).
- Application: Ideal for cars, buses, and commercial vehicles.
