The Mipa 2K Epoxy Primer Filler Spray Kit (2K-EP-Grundierfiller) is a premium, two-component primer designed for the highest demands in adhesion, corrosion protection, and surface finish. This unique aerosol system includes a hardener which, when activated, creates a durable 2K coating with excellent adhesion, corrosion protection, and a very good curing and isolating effect.
Unlike traditional 1K aerosols, this 2K primer provides a final coating that is extremely resistant to mechanical stress, chemical agents, and solvents (including fuel-resistant properties). It also boasts an outstanding flow and surface finish, ensuring a flawless base for subsequent paint layers.
The product offers significant processing flexibility: it is overcoatable with a wide range of systems, including solvent- and water-based basecoats, 1K/2K topcoats, and 2K clearcoats.
Drying & Sanding Times (at 20°C):

Dust Dry: approx. 10 - 20 minutes

Overcoatable: approx. 50 - 60 minutes (Can be overcoated within 3 days without intermediate sanding).
- Sandable: approx. 12 hours (or 30 minutes drying at 60°C)
