Application & Processing Guidelines
Substrate Preparation: Ensure all iron, steel, GRP, or wood surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, sanded, and degreased to remove rust, oil, and contaminants.
Mixing: Thoroughly mix 100 parts by weight of Mipa P90 Easy with 2 parts by weight of Mipa Härter P hardener.
Working Time: Apply within the 4–5 minute pot life window (at 20 °C).
Finishing: Sand dry to the desired profile. To seal any potential pinholes prior to topcoating, apply a layer of Mipa P 85 or Mipa P 60 S PES-Spritzfüller.
