Airo Nautic Ultra Light Epoxy Filler Including Hardener

Airo Nautic Ultra Light is a professional 2K epoxy filler designed for a wide range of applications where weight is a critical factor. Featuring a very low density that is lighter than water, this filler allows you to apply thicker layers without adding unnecessary bulk to your project. It is a robust solution ideal for the repair of osmosis damage on glass fibre reinforced boats and is equally suitable for machine painting and industrial surface restoration.

This product offers excellent adhesion across a variety of substrates, including steel, cast iron, cast aluminium, and glass fibre reinforced parts. As a 2K epoxy system, it provides a fast curing, water resistant finish that is easy to sand once cured. You can tailor your working time to suit your project scale by selecting either the Rapid or Slow hardener, giving you either 15 to 25 minutes or 50 to 60 minutes of pot life. For the best results on metal surfaces, we recommend applying a 2K anti corrosion primer before use.
