Application & Processing Guidelines
Dosage: Mix 2% to 3% by weight of Mipa Red Hardener Paste into the chosen polyester filler or putty. Do not exceed 3% hardener, as over-dosing can cause spotting or discolouration in subsequent paint coats.
Mixing: Thoroughly blend the filler and hardener until the red paste is distributed uniformly without streaks.
Working Window: Apply immediately within the specified pot life of the base filler (typically 3–6 minutes, depending on the filler used).
Safety & Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight, heat, and ignition sources.
- Professional Grade: Specially developed for trade bodyshops requiring speed, repeatability, and minimal clean-up.
- Dependable 2K Curing: High-grade peroxide base ensures reliable curing, structural strength, and uniform drying across polyester repair systems.
- Red Colour Visual Indicator: High-visibility red paste makes it easy to monitor mixing and achieve an even, streak-free blend with body fillers.
- Convenient Cartridge Format: Packaged for clean, accurate dispensing and seamless integration with mechanical or automated cartridge dispensers.
