Why Choose Nebula Paints?
Relo Polyester Spray Filler is a high-build, two-component sprayable body filler designed to rapidly fill deep sanding scratches and significant surface imperfections over large areas. Acting as a "liquid body filler," it is the perfect solution for evening out repaired panels, restoring profiles, and creating a perfectly level and uniform surface before priming. Its thick consistency provides exceptional filling power, yet it flows smoothly through a spray gun for fast and even application. Once cured, it is incredibly easy to sand, allowing for effortless block sanding to achieve a flawless, straight foundation for the final paint finish.
- Exceptional High Build: Offers extreme filling capabilities, easily covering 80-grit sanding scratches, minor dents, and surface irregularities in a single application.
- Time-Saving Spray Application: Allows for the rapid and uniform application over large areas, a huge time-saver compared to traditional knife-applied fillers.
- Superb Sanding Properties: Cures to a finish that is very easy to block sand, allowing you to achieve a perfectly straight and smooth surface with minimal effort.
- Strong Adhesion: Provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including bare metal, existing paintwork, and cured body filler.
- Prevents Topcoat Issues: Creates a dense, non-porous foundation that prevents mapping and ringing of the repair area, ensuring a perfect final paint finish.
