Mipa WBS Wood Stain is a versatile, eco-friendly solution for protecting local and tropical timber, including deciduous and coniferous woods. It is specifically formulated to regulate moisture, acting as a damp absorbent that allows water vapour to escape while remaining highly effective at repelling exterior water.
Ideal for dimensionally stable components like windows, door frames, and profile boards, this satin-gloss stain creates a durable finish that resists saliva and sweat (DIN 53 160). It meets the strict requirements of EN 71-3, making it free from fragrances and plasticisers and safe for use on toys.
Suitable Substrates:

Wood Types: Local and tropical deciduous or conifer wood.

Condition: New, dried, untreated wood or old, intact paint layers (cleaned and sanded).
- Moisture Content: Wood moisture content must not exceed 15%.
