Mipa 1K Adhesion Promoter (1L): The All-in-One Adhesion Booster
Mipa 1K Adhesion Promoter is a completely colourless, universal primer engineered to create a robust bond on a wide variety of substrates. Its unique formulation provides excellent adhesion to challenging plastic surfaces, such as PP EPDM, ABS, PC, and GRP, without the need for manual sanding. This product significantly reduces preparation time, making it an ideal choice for busy workshops where efficiency and reliability are paramount. It is equally effective on metals, including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel, ensuring a consistent foundation for your subsequent coatings.
This adhesion promoter is designed for convenience, offering a ready to use formula that requires no mixing or dilution. It is exceptionally fast drying and is recoatable with Mipa 1K or 2K topcoats in as little as ten minutes, allowing for a seamless transition between prep and finish. As it is UV resistant and completely colourless, it serves as the perfect base for clearcoats without altering the appearance of the underlying work. Whether you are dealing with powder coatings, chrome, or non ferrous metals, this versatile promoter simplifies the painting process while delivering professional, long lasting results.
- Use: Creates adhesion for paint on metal & plastic surfaces
- Makes Paint Stick to Anything: Gives a super-strong grip on difficult materials like plastic, aluminium, and steel, so your paint won't peel or chip.

- Invisible Finish: The liquid dries completely clear, so it's perfect for use under any colour of paint or clear coat without changing the final look.
- Quick & Easy to Use: It's a simple, single-step product that's ready to apply straight from the can.
- Fast-Drying: Dries in just 10 minutes, so you can start painting sooner and finish your project faster.
