Application:
Apply fine putty up to a maximum dry film thickness of 1,500 µm (1.5 mm).
No intermediate flash-off time is needed prior to UV irradiation.
UV Curing:
Lamp Distance: Position lamp 20–30 cm from the object.
Radiation Time: Irradiate for approximately 5 minutes.
Coverage: Overlap light passes if the area exceeds the lamp's light field.
Important: Direct sunlight drying is not permitted. Do not exceed 1,500 µm thickness to prevent curing failure.
Sanding:
Must be dry sanded only.
Initial dry sanding: P 150 / P 240 grit.
Final dry sanding: P 240 / P 360 grit to a uniform matt finish prior to primer-filler application
Isolation
Always isolate with a Mipa 1K or 2K filler primer prior to applying topcoats.
