Based on innovative Reflow technology and high-quality acrylic resins, this scratch-resistant two-component clearcoat system is engineered to deliver outstanding protection for modern two-coat paint systems. Designed for ease of application and professional efficiency, the system provides excellent spray mist absorption, even on large surfaces or in higher temperature conditions, ensuring a smooth and consistent finish. Suitable for workshop environments from +10°C with up to 80% relative humidity, it achieves a reliable coverage of approximately 6.0 – 8.0 m²/l and delivers a recommended 40 – 50 µm dry film thickness for a durable, high-gloss result.
The inclusion of the CS160 fast hardener enables an accelerated curing process, offering a practical pot life of around 1 hour at 20°C and allowing rapid drying cycles. When force dried at 60°C, the coating can reach handling strength in as little as 25–30 minutes, with full readiness for assembly in approximately 1 hour, helping to maximise productivity in busy repair environments.
