Adjusting the pressure is a straightforward process designed for precise control. Locate the regulator knob situated on the gun. To increase the pressure inside the cup, turn the knob in a clockwise direction. Conversely, if you need to reduce the pressure, turn the knob in an anti clockwise direction. It is essential to perform these adjustments carefully to ensure the paint flow matches your application speed and material thickness. Because this gun relies on this adjustable pressure to feed more viscous paints, getting this setting correct before you begin spraying is key to maintaining a consistent finish without surging or starving the nozzle.

Because the P.A.S. Concept is designed to handle more viscous materials, any residual buildup can quickly cause blockages that significantly impact the spray pattern. If you allow paint to dry inside the fluid passages, it will obstruct the flow and prevent the pressure assist system from working as intended. After every use, especially with bi component paints, you must drain the cup and flush the passages with a compatible cleaner. It is important to unscrew the air cap by two turns to allow the atomising air to back flush the system, ensuring that every internal channel is clear. Failing to do this can lead to a defective pattern shape or even cause mechanical issues that may not be covered by your warranty.
