The Mipa 1K Plastic Primer Spray is a fast-drying, one-component primer-filler with a specialized formulation for use on plastics commonly found in the automotive sector. This product is specifically engineered to simplify complex plastic refinishing, providing excellent adhesion and good filling properties.
Due to its special formulation, this primer can be used on difficult plastics such as PP (polypropylene) without additional pre-treatment like flame or plasma processing, which are often unnecessary in many cases, a major time-saver. It functions as a direct adhesion promoter, eliminating the need for separate steps on most plastic parts.
The primer is exceptionally fast-curing, becoming dust-dry in just 5-10 minutes and overcoatable after only 15-20 minutes. This makes it an incredibly efficient product for professional repairs on bumpers, trim, and other plastic components.
