Why Choose Nebula Paints?
Mipa 2K HS Express Filler FX 6 is a high-performance 2K primer surfacer engineered specifically for maximum workshop throughput and efficiency. Utilising advanced "express technology," this universal filler provides an exceptionally fast refinishing process by significantly reducing drying times without sacrificing the quality of the final finish. It is a highly versatile solution that can be utilised either as a high-build sanding filler or as a rapid wet-on-wet surfacer, allowing technicians to move through the preparation phase with unprecedented speed.
One of the primary advantages of the FX 6 system is its ability to reach a sandable state in just 30 to 40 minutes at room temperature (20°C), effectively eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming oven drying. If force-drying is required for even tighter deadlines, the filler can be ready to sand in as little as 10 minutes at 60°C. Its superior adhesion properties make it suitable for use on a wide variety of challenging substrates, including steel, aluminium, and galvanised surfaces, ensuring a reliable and durable foundation for any professional topcoat system.
- High-build filling power: provides a stable and easy-to-level surface that effectively masks imperfections while preventing sagging or edge formation.
- Energy-efficient technology: saves significant heating and fuel costs by providing fast-track drying results without the mandatory use of spray booth ovens.
- Universal substrate adhesion: ensures a secure and permanent bond to various surfaces including steel, iron, aluminium, and galvanised metal.
- Wet-on-wet capability: enables the surfacer to be overcoated after only 15 minutes of flash-off time, removing the need for intermediate sanding.
- Rapid curing cycle: allows the filler to be sanded after just 30 to 40 minutes of air drying at 20°C, drastically increasing daily workshop productivity.
