Application & Processing Guidelines
Substrate Preparation: Thoroughly clean, sand, and degrease all iron, steel, GRP, or wood surfaces to remove dirt, grease, and oxidation. Ensure any previously applied coarse body fillers are fully cured and sanded.
Mixing: Mix 100 parts by weight of Mipa P 85 with 2 parts by weight of Mipa Härter P hardener.
Working Time: Apply promptly within the 4–5 minute pot life window at 20 °C.
Application: Spread thin or ultra-thin coats over scratches, pinholes, or coarse filler layers. Ideal for vertical panels.
Finishing: Dry sand to a smooth, flat finish prior to primer application.
