Application & Processing Guidelines
Substrate Preparation: Ensure all surfaces (steel, aluminium, zinc, tinned metals, wood, or GRP) are thoroughly cleaned, sanded, and degreased to remove rust, oils, and contaminants.
Mixing: Mix 100 parts by weight of Mipa P 99 Multi-Star with 2 parts by weight of Mipa Hardener P hardener.
Working Time: Apply promptly within the 3–4 minute pot life window at 20 °C.
Finishing: Once cured, dry sand to the desired contour.
