The Mipa Rapid Primer Spray is a high-quality, one-component primer meticulously engineered for efficiency in minor repairs and sanded-through areas. This product provides high corrosion protection and acts as an excellent adhesion promoter to ensure a flawless finish that lasts.
Its primary benefit lies in its speed. It is an extremely fast-drying primer that is overcoatable after only 30 minutes and sandable shortly thereafter. This rapid curing time significantly speeds up the refinishing process. The primer is also formulated to have very high hiding power, making it effective even in thin layers.
The Rapid Primer Spray boasts outstanding adhesion to a variety of substrates, including iron, steel, zinc, and aluminium (after pre-treatment), as well as recoatable plastics commonly used in the automotive sector. It is compatible with all common water- and solvent-based 1K and 2K topcoat systems.
