Why Choose Nebula Paints?
Mipa Spot-Sealer Spray is a specialised 1K primer developed specifically for sealing small sanded-through areas during spot repairs. This low-build, glazing primer is the perfect "last-minute" solution for technicians who discover exposed metal immediately before applying a topcoat. Its advanced formula provides exceptional corrosion protection and a very smooth flow, ensuring that the transition between the repaired area and the existing paintwork is seamless and virtually invisible in the final finish.
Designed for maximum workshop efficiency, this sealer requires no intermediate sanding and can be overcoated wet-on-wet with all common solvent- or water-based 1K and 2K topcoat systems. It offers excellent adhesion to iron, steel, zinc, and aluminium, creating a durable bond in a single thin layer. With a rapid flash-off time of just 10 to 15 minutes, it allows painters to proceed directly to the final painting stage, significantly reducing the downtime associated with traditional priming and sanding.
- Low overspray technology: ensures a clean application in the transition zone with minimal spray mist for easier blending.
- Superior adhesion: bonds securely to a variety of metal substrates including iron, steel, zinc, and aluminium.
- Low-build glazing: provides a smooth, level finish that eliminates the need for any intermediate sanding before topcoating.
- High corrosion protection: shields exposed metal surfaces effectively even with an extremely low dry film thickness.
- Wet-on-wet application: allows for direct overcoating with basecoats after just 10–15 minutes of flash-off time.
