Airo Nautic Epoxy Filler (Light Grey) Including Hardener

Airo Nautic is a premium quality 2K epoxy filler designed for a wide range of marine and industrial applications. It is fast setting, water resistant, and notably effective for repairing osmosis damage on fibreglass reinforced plastic boats. Its versatility allows for excellent adhesion to various surfaces, including steel, cast iron, cast aluminium, and fibreglass, making it a dependable choice for boat repair both above and below the waterline.

To achieve the best results, ensure the surface is clean, free of grease, and roughened before application. The product requires a 2:1 mixing ratio of base to hardener, providing a pot life of approximately 15 to 20 minutes. After a drying time of six to seven hours, the filler is ready for sanding with P 80 to 280 paper. Once sanded, it can be lacquered with most common paints, although steel and aluminium boats should be treated with a 2K anti corrosion primer first to ensure maximum durability.
