Rosner KKB Wood Stain is a classic dye-based solution formulated for professional furniture manufacturing and interior joinery. It combines traditional dyestuffs and extracts with special active wetting agents in an aqueous solution, ensuring deep penetration and even coloration of the wood fibers.
This stain is engineered to enhance the natural beauty of common hardwoods, such as Beech and Oak. Unlike pigment stains that sit on top of the wood, KKB Beize penetrates the surface, dyeing the fibers themselves for a transparent and brilliant finish. It comes ready to use, simplifying the workflow for professional woodworkers and finishers.
Suitable Substrates:
Ideal Woods: Common hardwoods such as Ash, Beech, and Oak.
Preparation: Wood must be dry, clean, and completely free from resin and oil. Highly resinous wood must be deresinified before application.
Sanding: Surfaces should be sanded perfectly and dedusted (abrasive dust can cause staining faults). Soaking the wood prior to final sanding is recommended for best results.
