The long material filter housing is designed for extended industrial use. By providing a larger filtration surface area than the short variant, it is capable of trapping more particles before the filter reaches capacity. This means you can maintain a consistent paint flow for much longer intervals, reducing the frequency of maintenance stops and ensuring your production line remains moving efficiently.

This gun operates using the air assisted airless principle. Coating material is pumped to the nozzle under high pressure, which atomises the medium. Compressed air is then introduced at the air cap to shape the spray fan and refine the atomisation. This hybrid approach gives you the efficiency and speed of an airless system combined with the fine finish quality and fan control of a traditional air spray gun.

You can tailor your spray pattern using the fully variable round and flat fan control [4-1]. Rotating this control to the left allows you to adjust the pattern from a wide flat fan to a round shape, depending on your needs. If you are adjusting to a round fan pattern, we recommend reducing the material and air pressure slightly to avoid causing tears in the paint during the transition. Always check your pattern on a test surface, such as paper, before starting the spraying process on your workpiece.
