Why Choose Nebula Paints?
Mipa Silicon Remover is a professional-grade, CHC-free cleaning and degreasing agent designed to ensure a perfectly contaminant-free surface before painting. It is essential for removing silicone, grease, wax, and oils that can otherwise cause "fish eyes," craters, or total adhesion failure in the final finish. By providing a deep-cleaning action that strips away invisible residues, it ensures the highest possible standard for automotive refinishing and industrial coatings.
This versatile solvent is safe for use on all metallic and polymeric (plastic) materials, making it a staple for any workshop environment. Its advanced formulation allows for flexible application methods, including paintbrush, sponge, or spraying, as well as the traditional wipe-on, wipe-off technique. Fast-evaporating and highly efficient, Mipa Silicon Remover leaves the substrate clean and ready for the next coating stage, whether you are applying primers, basecoats, or topcoats.
- Superior surface preparation: ensures a perfectly clean foundation to guarantee maximum adhesion for subsequent paint layers.
- Flexible application: can be applied easily via paintbrush, sponge, wipe, or spray gun to suit different workshop requirements.
- CHC-free formula: engineered without chlorinated hydrocarbons for a safer and more environmentally responsible cleaning process.
- Universal material compatibility: safe for use on all metallic and polymeric (plastic) surfaces without damaging the substrate.
- Professional degreasing: effectively strips away silicone, grease, oil, and wax to prevent paint defects like craters and fish eyes.
