Relo Scratch Resistant 2K Acrylic HS Clearcoat (5L)

The Milla Clear HS 310 kit provides a comprehensive solution for automotive and commercial vehicle refinishing. It pairs the high quality HS 310 clearcoat with its perfectly matched hardener, ensuring you have the exact 2:1 mixing ratio required to achieve optimal results. This High Solid (HS) system is designed for professionals who demand excellent gloss, stability, and UV protection, helping to reduce material consumption and time spent on application.

The clearcoat and hardener are designed to be mixed at a ratio of 2:1. Simply combine 100 parts of the HS 310 clearcoat with 50 parts of the provided hardener. A major advantage of this kit is that it is formulated for use without the addition of any thinner, meaning it is ready to spray once mixed. This simplicity helps prevent mixing errors and ensures you achieve the correct viscosity for a superior finish.

To achieve the best application, use a spray gun with a nozzle size between 1.3 and 1.4 mm. Set your spraying pressure to between 2.0 and 2.5 bar. This configuration ensures excellent atomisation and flow, allowing you to build the required film thickness of 40 to 50 micrometres efficiently while maintaining the clearcoat’s exceptional gloss and durability.
